Shipping & Returns
Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days, unless stated otherwise in the listing. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
During November and December orders may take up to 5 days to ship due to higher than normal volume of orders during the Christmas season.
Royal Mail is currently experiencing disruption due to strike action, so they have updated last Christmas posting dates accordingly. Except for personalised orders, all orders received by 12PM on 16 December will be posted by Royal Mail's final recommended posting time for UK addresses.
Final posting dates for international parcels have already passed. They will be shipped as normal, but will likely not arrive prior to Christmas.
Shipping is free within the UK for all orders above £30. Orders under £30 are priced based on weight. All other weights, as well as shipping to international destinations will be calculated at checkout prior to completing payment.

The above times are averages and cannot be guaranteed. I ship via Royal Mail 1st class within the UK & Airmail for international destinations. This is not a tracked service, however, I’m happy to provide a tracked service if desired. Please contact me with your request and I will advise you of the additional cost.
Due to the pandemic, transit times in some locations can sometimes be affected. Post offices are taking extra safety precautions that can lead to shipping delays that are beyond my control. Your patience and understanding during these challenging times is much appreciated!
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES
If you are purchasing from outside of the UK, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer or recipient's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Your package will be sent with a customs declaration that includes information on the contents and their value. By law we cannot mark your package as a gift or list a lower value.
I package each item with great care so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that it does arrive damaged, please contact me immediately, so that I can remedy the problem.
- Greeting cards and small unframed prints (8x10 inches and under) are packaged in a cello sleeve, inserted between layers of heavy card & mailed in a standard envelope.
- Large unframed prints are rolled & shipped in a heavy cardboard tube.
- Small framed prints are packaged in a cello sleeve & packaged snugly in an A5 cardboard box.
- Medium & large framed prints are bubbled wrapped & packaged in a cardboard box.
- To keep prices reasonable for you and to protect our environment, I use recycled shipping materials whenever possible.
If your purchase is a gift, I’d be happy to include a personal message and ship it directly to the recipient. Simply include your message in the “note to seller” section and put the recipient’s name and address in the delivery address section.
I put a lot of love into each piece and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item (see exceptions below.) To make sure I provide the best products and customer service in future, I'd love to know the reason for the return, but it is not required.
To receive a refund (less shipping) you must contact me within 14 days of receipt of your items and provide proof of return posting within 21 days of receipt. Return postage is at your expense and items must be returned in original, saleable condition. Provided these conditions are met, I will reimburse the purchase price within 7 days of receiving the items back.
Commissioned and personalised items do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
Due to the nature of digital downloads and streamed online workshops, these items do not qualify for a refund or exchange once you have downloaded or accessed them.
